Ad-Virtua Privacy Policy

Ad-Virtua, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") to ensure that all users can use the "Ad-Virtua" service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company with peace of mind. The Policy addresses the handling of personal information and privacy, which the Company may obtain, and strives to maintain and improve the safety of personal information management. Unless otherwise specified, the definitions of the terms used in this Policy (such as personal information, personal related information, anonymized information, etc.) shall follow the definitions of the Personal Information Protection Law of Japan (Act No. 57 of 2003) as effective at the time of publication of this Policy.

Consent to the Policy

By using the Service without objection, users are deemed to have agreed to the handling of personal information in accordance with this Policy. If users do not agree to this Policy, they may choose not to provide personal information to the Company. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company may provide personal information or personal related information to third parties within the scope of the purpose of use in the following cases:

3. Automatic Collection of Personal Information

Automatic Collection of Personal Related Information

The Company may automatically obtain the following personal related information for the start and maintenance of communication necessary for providing the Service:

  • Global IP address and port number of the user's communication terminal
  • OS, browser, hardware devices, and language settings of the user's communication terminal
  • Screen information of the monitor used by the user's communication terminal (such as screen resolution)
  • Other information automatically obtained for the operation of communication protocols and JavaScript

Use of Cookies

The Company may automatically obtain users' browsing history, logs, and other personal or personal related information through cookies to improve the quality of the Service.

Cookies refer to information stored in the user's web browser and used for communication protocols with the Service, assisting in user identification, custom setting storage, and providing customized services according to user preferences.

Requests for Suspension, Restriction, or Disposal of Personal Information

If the individual makes the following requests to the Company, the Company will promptly conduct necessary investigations, and if the request is found to be justified, the Company will suspend, restrict, dispose of, or take other measures concerning the personal information based on the request:

  • Request for suspension of use of the individual's personal information
  • Request for restriction of use of the individual's personal information
  • Request for disposal of the individual's personal information
