Ad-Virtua, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") to ensure that all users can use the "Ad-Virtua" service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company with peace of mind. The Policy addresses the handling of personal information and privacy, which the Company may obtain, and strives to maintain and improve the safety of personal information management. Unless otherwise specified, the definitions of the terms used in this Policy (such as personal information, personal related information, anonymized information, etc.) shall follow the definitions of the Personal Information Protection Law of Japan (Act No. 57 of 2003) as effective at the time of publication of this Policy.

The Company may automatically obtain the following personal related information for the start and maintenance of communication necessary for providing the Service:
- Global IP address and port number of the user's communication terminal
- OS, browser, hardware devices, and language settings of the user's communication terminal
- Screen information of the monitor used by the user's communication terminal (such as screen resolution)
- Other information automatically obtained for the operation of communication protocols and JavaScript
Use of Cookies
The Company may automatically obtain users' browsing history, logs, and other personal or personal related information through cookies to improve the quality of the Service.

- Request for disposal of the individual's personal information
